I have been seeing Dr. Fanucci for over 20 years and for the past 2 or 3 years have been pushed to the NP for my care. The NP is very nice but I would like to see Dr. Fanucci since she is my doctor and knows my history. Also, trying to reach the office to speak to someone has been extremely challenging. The message only gives you 3 options of which you must leave a message, no call back ever comes. There is no options to speak to the front office for any questions. I have been seeing Dr. Fanucci for about 7 years now and she is very caring.and easy to talk to. I have been having some health problems lately and she doesnt hesitate to submit labwork for me. Her office is small yes but they make up for it in a comfortable environment. Reminds me.of an old family practice not a place that has 6 Drs on staff seeing patients back to back. I highly recommend her and will continue to see her.
I have been going to Dr. Fanucci for three years now. She and her medical staff are all professional, patient, and attentive. They give you the time you need to ask any questions and do not rush you out the door. I would highly recommend this practice for any of your medical needs. They care about your health.
I cannot speak for Dr. Karen Fannucci because I did not see her. I saw the nurse practitioner, Dierdre Kells. Unfortunately, my experience with her was incredibly disappointing. I went in for a specific issue and asked if I could quickly mention something related. I completely understand that appointments have time limits, and I would have been fine if she had politely said no.
