Throughout the evaluation process, Dr. Falla exceeded my expectations. She patiently listened, was very understanding, and put things into words that no one else has been able to (including myself). I am normally pretty skeptical, but Dr. Falla made me feel seen. I appreciated her honesty and expertise; she recommended some really great materials, and the treatment plan she recommended has helped me a ton already.

When we were in the after-test consultation, the psychologist mentioned that I had harsh ratings on some areas she found slightly below average from my husband’s test. We never mentioned we had a marital problem but she assumed that we had and told me to accept more of my husband’s lack of attention and forgetfulness. That was totally unprofessional of her and we weren’t there to be criticized. My ratings were my opinion and my experience on my husband’s behaviors. I’ve gone here twice for two different things and I’ve had the same pleasant experiences. Dr. Falla was incredibly helpful and Hannah made me feel so safe. They even had snacks for us. I’m recommending this place to my friend!
