In Casa Grande Banner doctors sign as a consultant and never do anything.. When she show's when and for what I'll consider to pay this. Tired of being taken by Arizona doctors. My wife died in Casa Grande Banner and you should see all the doctors who signed on that never saw or even knew who she was. Send me a bill proving and I'll consider paying.
