My two children, ages 9 and 11, recently attended HYPE with Karen Leonard. They both enjoyed it so much. The activities were well designed to foster independence, responsibility, and assertiveness. The group discussions on stress with ways to handle it and the ability to determine good stress from bad were eye opening for my children. I definitely recommend HYPE for any parent looking to help their child with a new viewpoint on how to manage various aspects of life.

I cannot praise Karen enough for her amazing work! Her heart & soul truly goes into helping adolescents and young adults on a daily basis, and she is willing to go above and beyond without question. She is genuine, knowledgeable, relatable, and able to work with those of all abilities!

Hype is a necessary and fun program for kids of all abilities that focuses on empowerment, confidence, & self determination and how to overcome life challenges.

My daughter loved the HYPE program. Karen does a great job teaching the kids about life and coping skills.
