I'm becoming increasingly frustrated with the staff at this office. My husband has been trying to get Prior Authorization for his MRI's since October '25 and they still haven't managed to get the paperwork correct, almost resulting in thousands of dollars of medical bills for my husband because they lied and said they were approved, so we scheduled the MRI only to get told the day of the appointment that the imaging was not approved on his insurance. Horrible doctor!! So rude after the first few visits to the point I had to request to see another doctor.
I would recommend Dr Karen Lecomte to anyone that in seeking an amazing neurologist....
