I hesitated to write a negative review because Dr. Louie has been pleasant and caring in treating my wife, and I wanted to be fair about our experience. Unfortunately, our interactions with the office staff were very different and left us deeply disappointed. There was loud gossiping about personal matters at the front counter that could easily be heard by anyone in the waiting room, along with what felt like a complete lack of care or empathy for my wife. I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Louie. She performed my double mastectomy along side of Dr. Albright. She communicated, was easy to reach, listened to my concerns, answered my questions, was calm and gave me options. I love her being my oncologist.
