Karen L Carlson, ARNP was smug, unprofessional, and did not listen. Needs to be talked to, b/c she came off racist, and made me feel extremely uncomfortable, due to her lack of willingness to hear me and mentioned my symptoms may be all in my head. It's said that one person can ruin the comfort I once had with this facility.
