Pretty close to complete disaster. We initially used Karen Kowalski as a buyer’s agent during the housing craze of spring 2021 – not a good time to look for houses in general, but she certainly didn’t make our chances better. She was very dissuasive on every home and acted as if her major concern is not to be sued if something is wrong with the house after purchase.
