I have been going to see Karen for over 2 years and it has been Incredibly helpful. Her waiting room and office do not fell at all like a cold doctors office but a calm place where you can open up. It is very easy to talk with Her and not feel uncomfortable or judged. One of the many thing i find useful is that she is not only a great and effective listener , But it takes the time to educate you and help you find the tools to better Cope with Difficult things in life .
