Karen was very thorough, compassionate and was able to see me as a walk in. She answered all of my questions, had her staff book me a very quick ultrasound, did bloodwork herself so I didn’t have to go all around town. I would highly recommend her.
Dr Trees was very thorough in her examination...she made sure that I have had all of my tests, and anything I hadn't she made sure I got them. She called to get all of my results and scheduled a follow up to discuss. She took the time to review my blood results...and go over everything in great detail. I was very impressed with how efficient the entire office was handled. You can tell Dr Trees cares about your overall health and took immediate steps to get my body into a better place. Karen is the best medical provider I've been lucky enough to have. She's incredibly knowledgeable, takes time to really listen, and has helped me manage my health in ways past providers didn't do.
As a first time patient, Karen was combative, demeaning, and abused her power to speak to the patient in disrespectful ways. She made assumptions about the patients’ divorce, speculated on why the patients marriage ended and why the patients son has behavior issues. Karen even told the patient it wasn’t a good idea to have a child with her ex-husband. Karen made the patient feel stupid and cut her off from speaking multiple times. Did not listen well.
