I called their office to schedule an ultrasound for my bonus daughter and they didn't send all of the required information to the diagnostic clinic. I had to keep calling them and asking for this to be done. Then they tell me after days of trying to accomplish this that I am not listed as someone who can have access to medical information. 1.
