Went in this morning for head congestion and ears plugged and weak from taken over the counter meds. She tells me there is nothing to be done I just have to wait it out I have a cold..... left and went to the IEP walk in. I have a sinus infection, water in my ears and Bronchitis. Got the treatment I needed! I will never be seen by Karen again.
Went in for flu like symptoms deep congestion sour throat’s chills no medication given for symptom went home 2 days later had to return to med station where I was treated with antibiotics and cold medicine
