This review isn’t for the doctor but for a staff member called Monica. The worst most threatening treatment I’ve ever received in my life because my referring primary care doctor’s office was delayed in sending in my records which I also have a copy of. I got yelled at over the phone and truly abused and insulted. I was in shock to hear anyone addressing someone in such a manner for absolutely NOTHING I did.i plan on reporting this. This treatment of people is absolutely unacceptable! Beware!
