I made an intake appointment and was ready for it. But they said they hadn’t received the paperwork. So, I re-did the paperwork and submitted it properly. Rescheduled the appointment for the following week. This is where it gets bad. 15 minutes before my appointment I receive and email. Not even a phone-call… an email. Saying something unexpected came up and my intake would not happen…. However, I raised my concerns with the clinic, and they responded promptly, said they are investigating and handled the situation professionally. I ultimately decided to leave the clinic because of it.
