I have been seeing Karen since I was pregnant (>5 years ago), doing pregnancy massages. After that, I continued on doing monthly massages and she always hits the spot while doing the massages. Following a health crisis, I started seeing her for kinesiology sessions and it has been a journey. She has been a great sounding board and a cheerleader while also providing advice from a different perspective. I learnt so much about my body.
I've now had several massages from Karen and after every occasion I have gained better range of movement in my lower back. Karen takes the time to listen to any issues that she may be able to address in your visit and then offers advice on how to care for yourself ahead of your next appointment. I would definitley recommend Karen to anyone in need of remedial massage.

I have been seeing Karen Hobbis regularly or over a year now. I have had a lot of problems with pain in my feet over the last few years and was diagnosed with planter fasciitis. I was also getting swelling & pain in my lower legs (from my job where I am on my feet all day long). I had many different treatments and then tried lymphatic drainage massage and this definitely improved my foot and lower leg pain & swelling.
