I called the company this morning to try and obtain information regarding a furnace that was installed in my father's house. Was speaking with the owner she is very rude and argumentative. She does not hold her records for very long. No resolution. I will take my business else where. No phone etiquette. And for the owner to speak in such a manner

I've used Karen Heating and Cooling for years. On this house, my previous home and my investment property. He's the only contractor that I trust to do my heating and air conditioning. First, Jacob's prices are probably the best in the area. His work is top notch, and one day - when our A/C went out, he worked in 100 degree heat on a roof to install a new one.
