She is rude. I struggle with weight and didn’t want to know what I weighed before I went in as I knew it woukd be a trigger and I wouldn’t be able to focus on my therapy. She absolutely did not understand and had no empathy whatsoever. I realize I need to face my fears but I need tools to do that and the rant she went on with me did not give me the tools I needed. Afterwards, I went into the restroom and cried for several minutes. I did not feel valued but instead I felt judged.

Was extremely judgmental after talking to me for 15 minutes...didnt listen & honestly didnt seem to care. was the worst experience ive ever had with a doctor. I do not recommend.

I have seen Dr. Head for a couple of years and have never felt belittled or unimportant when with her, as mentioned in other reviews. She is very professional and listened to me. She always answers my questions and is very encouraging in everything she says to me. I really like her and plan to continue with her for as long as I can.

I had read the negative reviews right before my appointment with Dr. Head, and must say, I was concerned. After my first appointment, though, I felt she was professional, thorough in her medical history assessment, and seemed quite knowledgeable and capable. I plan to continue working with her and feel fortunate to have found her.

This woman needs to retire. Seriously. My first experience with a psychiatrist. She is very rude, belittling and impatient. She will even roll her eyes at you. I found myself asking HER how she is doing today. If you answer her questions differently than what she asked, she will say "that's not what I asked!!!" all of her questions just seem like she's not interested in you and going thru the motions. Trust me, don't waste your time or money on her. You feel worse leaving than when you came!!

I have seen her several times and each time I leave the office feelng worse than when I came in. She is condescending and judgemental. I feel like a burden to her. I gave her the benefit of the doubt the first couple times, but I would never recommend her to anyone.

Best interest of patient not kept in mind. Rather, preconceived notions seem to determine line of treatment and advice. Patients' individual needs seem to not be important. She "doesn't do paperwork."

i have never felt so degraded in my life. I paid over $150 to get seen by a so-called professional who I thought had my best interest at heart. instead, i saw a person who lived in a world of arrogance and judgement. She tried to shame me by bringing up sex life, weight, social drinking, nicotine (e cigarette), caffeine, and herbal medicines. How someone like this got any kind of medical degree is a disgrace. I felt more helpless walking out than i did walking in.I have so much more to say....
