A friend of mine recommended Karen Collins. My friend sang her praises and he was so right! She helped me recover from my life long depression and anxiety. I had some situational life stuff happening that was quite difficult and Karen was a life saver in dealing with those transitions. My friend who recommended Karen saw her for couples therapy. So apparently, she is great with couples too!
What truly sets Karen apart as a therapist is her inability to handle complex issues effectively. She barely scratched the surface of our problems, offering generic, uninspired advice that did little to help us move forward. Instead of providing clarity, she left us feeling more confused and frustrated.
