The Wellness Institute in Okemos became a lifeline for me during very challenging times in my life over the past few years. Quentina has a lack of caring poor judgement doesn’t help people the way she should takes whatever’s going on with the patient and uses it to her advantages lies and makes false statements. Would not recommend her or this facility!!!
Have had very positive experiences with the Wellness Institute. When you call there’s always someone that answers the phone and can help you. Any staff or therapists we’ve come in contact with have been wonderful.
Couldn’t get them to show up on time.
Personally, I refuse to give a firm my business that treats me poorly due to its own oversight. Therapist is good, however.
