Karen is awesome! She listens to you and pays close attention to your aches and pains and how they are connected to the rest of your body. She is intuitive and very kind, with strong hands!

Had amazing experience with Karen. She did a great job with really feeling the tension spots of my body and helping release it. She will interview you before hand to see if you have any injuries and also to review what your goal is for the session. Do yourself the favor and do the 90 minutes.
