Hands down the best massage I’ve ever had! Karen took time beforehand to ask where to focus on during the massage and very clearly understood how to relieve aches and pains while creating an extremely relaxing experience! I came in a ball of stress and left more relaxed than I’ve felt in a very long time! Thank you so much Karen I’ll be back for sure!
Had amazing experience with Karen. She did a great job with really feeling the tension spots of my body and helping release it. She will interview you before hand to see if you have any injuries and also to review what your goal is for the session. Do yourself the favor and do the 90 minutes.
