Disappointed with this Vetranarian. They forced me to have a rabies vaccination for my 19 year old dying Chihuahua at my last visit, and my dog had a seizure right there in the office. Some of the Vetranarians there seem more compassionate than others. Others seem all about sell sell sell services. Very expensive.
I cannot begin to thank the veterinarians, vet techs, and the entire staff at VCA Garden State Animal Hospital for the love and care they have shown my Tank over the last few years. Sadly, they had to help Tanky cross the Rainbow Bridge this week, but they did it with so much love. Everyone there is so caring and concerned, not just about the pets, but the pet parents left behind. I cannot express how grateful I am for you all. Thank you. Kathleen Brust
Unfortunately, they are more interested with your wallet than your pet's well being. I took my senior cat two times there for sneezing and severe cold and the issue remains the same. The antibiotics they have prescribed made my cat sick and throw up in the first visit. I went there second time, and they prescribed another antibiotic, and remind you that you pay for doctor's visit EACH TIME. So unfortunately I can only rate this establishment based on my pre-visit interactions. We got a dog from an animal shelter, when we picked up our new member of the family we were told that within, I believe it was 7 days, we had a coupon for a free vet visit. My wife made the appointment on the next possible day that i, the only driver in the house and the only person with a car, had off from work. My dogs love it here! They are always so helpful and full of great ideas on preventing illness and helping with allergies. Great staff!!
