My dog Koa and I had a great experience at this facility. Scheduling an appt online with my preferred vet was very easy. Dr. P. Fisher was great, sensitive to the needs of my anxious dog and took the time to examine him and recommended a good plan that included wt. loss/diet for his joint issue, as well as medications to decrease his anxiety. Just moved to the area and was looking for a new vet. Our 5 month old puppy had an ear infection. 20 minute appointment and >350 dollars later, our puppy got ear medicine and left with incessant diarrhea that has not since subsided after 4 days. Called the office they said do you want to bring him in? I said after spending 350 dollars on Monday, I am good. They said the vet can reach out within 24-48 hours. I brought my almost nine year old dog to this “hospital” two months ago when we moved here and my dog had run away while being dog sat and was found tied with another dog. I wish I had known they have a D minus from the better business bureau. She had never been spayed due to a heart murmur. Two months later she went to the vet for X-rays and blood work. Really did not enjoy this vet visit. Veterinarian was extremely pushy with medication and then talked down to us extensively when we declined. Felt very much like those old doctors with absolutely no bedside manner and they don’t care if they’re rude. Fine if you’re okay with that but as a business but in a world where customer service is everything- that sucked. We will be taking our money elsewhere.
Disappointed with this Vetranarian. They forced me to have a rabies vaccination for my 19 year old dying Chihuahua at my last visit, and my dog had a seizure right there in the office. Some of the Vetranarians there seem more compassionate than others. Others seem all about sell sell sell services. Very expensive.
