I have been trying for weeks to get a prior authorization done properly to get approved for a medication. I've spoken several times to someone in the office and have specifically told them exactly what my insurance company needs for me to get approved for the medication. I have even apologized for calling often because I didn't want to be a pest but what does a person do when you try to no avail?
Is always in and out as quickly as she can be. Does not take the time to genuinely look at her patients problems. Seeing her is the “fast food” equivalent to being medically treated.
My daughters absolutely love her! She is so sweet and nice and explains things not to just me but them as well! Thanks Mrs. Phillips
