If I could give negative stars I would. Karen comes across as knowledgeable, capable and will work hard for her clients. As soon as I retained she become hostile and short. She sends bill for hours and does not identify the work done during the hours she Bill's. She is the kind of lawyer that give all lawyers a bad reputation!
