I appreciate the professionalism and empathy that accompanies the expertise of Dr. Reynolds and the support staff at Waupun Memorial Hospital.
I had a procedure at Waupun Hospital on 9/22/26. As a retired nurse, I observe the staff and imagine what it would be like to work with them. I would have LOVED TO! I found them all to be professional, personable, knowledgeable and friendly! I felt very confident in the care I was to receive and felt comfortable to be in Dr. Reynold’s care. Kudos to Jen, Kimmy, Mariah, and Jason.
Extremely disappointing experience at Waupun Hospital. I was told that if I stayed overnight, I would receive further testing in the morning, so I trusted what I was told and agreed to stay. Unfortunately, that never happened. I essentially paid for an overnight hospital stay and left without the answers I was told I would receive.
