She diagnosed my cataracts, and did the surgery. It went well. She's very calm and matter of fact, and I have found her staff to be quite helpful.
I really like Dr Bhaskar. She took the time to explain the different tests to me, explain various factors around my vision issues and steps I can take to avoid worsening issues. My last visit took almost an hour and 45 minutes and somehow I feel like that's way way too long despite all the testing. Also, no one seems all too thrilled to be working there. The doctor may be excellent, but the people they have as assistants are worse than terrible. (See written explanation below.) Every single time I had an appointment I was called by a woman from their clinic telling me I needed a referral. I just had eye surgery, referrals are good for a year. I tried to get this person’s name to file a complaint and was told they did not know who could have called me.
