Dr. Smith is by far the best Rheumatologist I’ve ever been to! She’s thoughtful, caring, compassionate & cares about her patients. She doesn’t rush you & will actually listen to you & your concerns. She loves pictures btw lol. I recently moved to Newport News & I continue to travel just to see her. I would recommend her to anyone. In fact I have to several people.

I went to her at first and thought she was good til she misdiagnosed me. Then pawned me off on her NP Stephanie who is way more professional. All Karen did was talk. Saying her daughter had the same thing. Well guess what. She was dead wrong. I think she needs to retire.
Absolutely one of the best Dr's I have ever encountered. She takes the time to listen to you, there is never no rush. She truly wants to find the answers to help solve your issue. Both her and her staff are beyond incredible and helpful.
