I went to her at first and thought she was good til she misdiagnosed me. Then pawned me off on her NP Stephanie who is way more professional. All Karen did was talk. Saying her daughter had the same thing. Well guess what. She was dead wrong. I think she needs to retire.
Absolutely one of the best Dr's I have ever encountered. She takes the time to listen to you, there is never no rush. She truly wants to find the answers to help solve your issue. Both her and her staff are beyond incredible and helpful.
My child was diagnosed with neonatal lupus under her care. She didn’t advise me I needed to be on Hydroxychloroquine while pregnant to avoid this situation. She also threw me on to her nurse practitioner instead of seeing me herself. While pregnant all she would talk about during our visit was how much she was obsessed with the placenta of lupus patients. Dr. Smith is an excellent doctor. She definitely has her patients best interest at heart and goes above and beyond to make sure her patients get the best treatment they deserve to target any issues or concerns that they may.
