I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Bai and their team. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm and professionalism. Dr. Bai is one of the best and nicest dentist I’ve meet. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for excellent dental care!
This dental clinic is completely unprofessional.I strongly do not recommend it. Every time I visited, I was assigned a different dentist. There was no continuity of care, and they clearly had no idea about my previous treatment history. On multiple occasions, they mixed up my records and didn’t seem to take my dental health seriously. Even worse, their treatment actually damaged one of my teeth, and I was eventually told it was beyond repair and needed to be extracted — absolutely outrageous! I had my cleaning at Karen Dental with Anna Paula, and she was amazing—very gentle, thorough, and kept me engaged throughout the appointment. Afterward, Dr. Bai came in for a check-up, and I was truly impressed by her attention to detail. She took her time to carefully examine everything, performing a comprehensive oral exam and even sharing valuable dental tips. It’s clear that she genuinely cares about her patients’ well-being. I highly recommend Dr. Bai to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and compassionate dentist!
