I have been a patient of Dr. Bai for many years and have had a few fillings and a crown.The coordination between the hygienist and Dr. Bai is very thorough, and the monitoring they perform catches small issues before they become major problems. Excellent, professional care.
It is a difficult decision to write a critical review of this dentist but the service at the front reception has been poor for many years. It took a call right at 9 a.m. this morning that sent me over the tipping point. There were two issues, in fact, with the reception in the same week: at 9:00 this morning I was given a courtesy call for an upcoming appointment I did not have.
