Dr. K Bai and her highly skilled dental team highlight my visits to Karen Dental clinic, with professionalism and detailed works. Their friendliness and patient's care and comfort as a top priority, are exceptional and score high points in my experiences at Karen Dental clinic.
I have been a patient of Dr. Bai for many years and have had a few fillings and a crown.The coordination between the hygienist and Dr. Bai is very thorough, and the monitoring they perform catches small issues before they become major problems. Excellent, professional care.
It is a difficult decision to write a critical review of this dentist but the service at the front reception has been poor for many years. It took a call right at 9 a.m. this morning that sent me over the tipping point. There were two issues, in fact, with the reception in the same week: at 9:00 this morning I was given a courtesy call for an upcoming appointment I did not have. I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Bai and their team. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm and professionalism. Dr. Bai is one of the best and nicest dentist I’ve meet. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for excellent dental care!
This dental clinic is completely unprofessional.I strongly do not recommend it. Every time I visited, I was assigned a different dentist. There was no continuity of care, and they clearly had no idea about my previous treatment history. On multiple occasions, they mixed up my records and didn’t seem to take my dental health seriously. Even worse, their treatment actually damaged one of my teeth, and I was eventually told it was beyond repair and needed to be extracted — absolutely outrageous!
