I had an awesome experience today! Ushba Salem is an outstanding employee who took time and explained my bill and help me understand my options. What an awesome State Farm team! Their patience and knowledge must be commended. I personally spoke with Jakob Bozman who patiently walked me through the details of my homeowners, auto, and umbrella insurance coverage. I had the best experience with Randa Wilkerson. If it was not for her great customer service and willing to help with all my needs I would of probably switched from State Farm but with her help and service it is worth staying with Karen Davis State Farm. Highly recommend this agency and ask for Randa for any of your needs.
