Kymiya is such a pleasant agent. She takes her time and explains everything in detail so you understand what you're receiving. I appreciated her kindness and understanding. Randa was very helpful as well making sure I was comfortable and offered me coffee while I was doing my policy. Teamwork really makes the dream work.
