I called State Farm to add our son to our policy once he got his license. Taylor took my call and was able to help me through the process. She explained in detail all steps of adding him to our policy and even checked for any discount programs we/he could participate in to save us money. I felt during our conversation that Taylor was genuinely trying to help us and not rushing me off the phone. I very much appreciated this and left this conversation super happy we are with State Farm Insurance.
