Dr. Hanks and her staff are very kind. They are always on top of things. The office manager is always respectful, notates your concerns, and tries to get you in within a timely manner. Dr. Hanks listens to your concerns and takes your daily life into account when diagnosing.
I absolutely love Ms. Karen. She takes the time to listen to what u have to say and she is very understanding. She tries to help u in the best ways possible and that she sees fit for u. I wouldn't go to any other dr. But her. Thank u for all u do Ms. Karen. U r the best!!!

Dr. Hanks has been a literal life saver for me. She is a great listener, shows empathy, tells the truth, and involves me in thoughts and decisions regarding my treatment plan and overall well-being.
