I am extremely disappointed with my experience. During my appointments, Karen was present when I specifically asked about the cost of the recommended Botox treatment and whether it would be covered by insurance. I was told it would be covered, which played a major role in my decision to proceed. Unfortunately, the Botox treatment not only failed to improve my voice issues but actually made them worse.
