I called for information about how to schedule an appointment. This woman was so rude and unprofessional. I had her on speakerphone and my mom asked, why is she so angry. She needs to watch how she talks to people.
I wish that I could rate her higher. She was professional and on time with starting the treatment. It’s just hard to schedule an appointment because she never answers the phone and by the time she calls back, a week has gone by. Next time I know to schedule the next appointment before I leave.
