Dr. Chung is a caring and compassionate doctor. She listens to understand your issues and strategizes to address them. She took a great amount of time with my daughter and listened in-depth to her concerns. Dr. Chung took great initiative in helping us with my daughter's issues. She laid out a plan and my daughter is doing much better! My daughter nearly needed a blood transfusion, but due to Dr. Chung's knowledge in addressing the issue my daughter no longer needed one. I can't recommend Dr. Chung enough! She's the best.
Absolutely THE WORST medical experience I never had. I made an appointment a month in advance and have insurance coverage. During the pre check in process I paid a copay and found out later I should not have paid a copay. It was not required for the type of appointment. Granted, I made an appointment for the Dr's because clearly I need to see one.
