Just dismissed me. Spent 5 minutes with me. No help. Come back in 6 months take probiotics. Went to another doctor and was diagnosed immediately She missed the mark BIG Time

I'm 63 with Crohn's. Never been to another GI dr. before. Called Deaconess to make an appt. Was told it had been just over 3 yrs since my last visit, then told I would be a new patient since it had been over 3 yrs, then told she isnt taking new patients. WOW, now I have to start over with a new dr. Wonder when that started Deaconess? Do yourself a favor and find one who's independent. Find one who truly cares about their patients and is happy when they have a bit of time between flares rather than casting them aside.
Been my doctor for years. She's the best!
