Mrs. Truesdell does not seem mentally well enough to perform her job. I had a divorce case involving child abduction, child abuse, and immigration fraud. She violated the ex parte agreement, repeating false information from counsel in court documents. When it was discovered that a women's group was involved in the abuse, she simple stopped working and disappeared. She continued to charge my card against instruction while dodging subpoenas. I am struggling with anxiety and fear due anticipatory grief for my husband who has terminal brain cancer. It took a lot for me to even bring myself to make an appointment. I met with her and had what I thought was a good session. I asked her about insurance coverage and she said I would have to file it myself. I told her I would check with my carrier to see what they said. She collected her $175 fee and we scheduled the next appointment for 2 weeks out.
