I was referred to Karen by a man named John. And I do not know this man well, however, he literally changed my life by guiding me to Karen. Karen was my backbone for so long and at a time in my life when I had no direction, no hope…she was the only one who showed me the light at the end of my tunnel. Her soul is something indescribable. Karen is AMAZING! She really understands young adults and has helped me grow so much as a person. She understands the Newport Beach/OC culture perfectly and made my high school/college experience so much better. Forever thankful for the life skills she taught me. HIGHLY recommend.
Karen is warm, encouraging and a lovely human being. She is an experienced and knowledgable therapist, but she also makes you feel safe, which allows you to take the emotional risks necessary to grow.
