Their office has gone downhill. They do not hold theirselves up to the hippocratic oath, to them it's a hypocrites oath. They would rather you suffer than actually take care of your problems. I have signs of an infection and their answer is wait until the next appointment knowing damn well I have stents in and im coming up on 5 months of them being in on 6 month stents. The office is supposed to be primary care, but they care for no one.
Karen is very empathetic and spends time with you as her patient. She always makes time for her patients.
I was very excited about getting started with a Dr and put my health first. After finding out that my childhood Dr office was accepting new patients I was thrilled but only to be let down. Karen is yet another pill to fix everything Dr.. she even left the room to meet with a drug rep during my appt, will half listen to your concerns, is condescending and unfortunately doesn't put your health first. I would give no stars if I could because I've never left a Dr. Appt in tears.
