I would strongly advise anyone considering Dr. Baker for fertility care to look elsewhere. My husband and I saw her after he finished chemotherapy for lymphoma because we needed guidance on family planning and potential infertility after cancer. It seems that she met with me just for the opportunity to let me know I had done wrong. She told me in the beginning of the appointmnt that there was going to be no help for me. She was very mean and angry at me for seeking help. I drove from out of town and had to stay in a hotel the night before. The drive home knowing how my family would react to the news, was hard. Then I got a bill stating the cost of meeting with her for less than 30 minutes was over $500, not including hotel, gas or taking a day off work.
Don’t even waste your time. She acted like I was an inconvenience to her the entire time she was in the room. She offered me no explanations as to what is wrong with me and then proceeded to emphasize how long she is booking out like she was trying to say I shouldn’t come back to see her again. I waited 4 months just to go there and see a doctor who didn’t appear to show any sympathy for my situation and didn’t want to put any effort into helping me figure it out.
