Dr. Karen Rizzo is a fantastic surgeon and I trusted her with the care of my whole family including three surgeries with very good outcomes. I love Dr. Carol St. George also. Excellent care all around. Friendly staff. Recommend!
I saw st.George complete waste of my time and money. She didn’t even address why I was there she was more concerned about something completely different . That wasn’t even bothering me. So basically I left with no answers and my problems not even addressed.
Absolutely horrible experience haven’t heard good things from anyone that has gone to her, definitely DO NOT recommend unless you wanna feel pure shame for need help
One of the worst experiences I have ever had. The woman at check in was beyond sweet and nice. I seen Dr. Rizzo for tonsil issues I’ve been having for a couple of years which is recurring ever 3-4 months. She was not even in the room with me for 5 minutes and I felt like I was being rushed. I had my own documentation and photos to show and prove myself , which she did not want to be bothered with. After leaving, I realized I was rushed because the office closed at 4. Misdiagnosed my sons infected mastodon gland for years. She blamed me n said I was bad mother and was letting water get in his ears. Constant ear infections until the school nurse, who had trained under an ENT at Pittsburgh Childrens Hospital said she suspected he had an infected mastodon grand n said he needed it checked immediatly. When Karen realized her mistake and all those years my son was in pain she cried, not out of sympathy for my son but for herself and the fear of a lawsuit.
