Beware patients... same experience as others have mentioned regarding inflexibility of appointments and "pay per test" mentality. I arrived 8 mins late for an appointment for sudden persistent headaches. Was told that the provider has a 5-min late policy and that they were cancelling my appointment and that I couldn't be seen. Terrible and incredibly inflexible doctor. I work full time and God knows how much of a struggle it was to schedule an appointment because of all the craziness in my life. I finally made a first appointment, arrived at 7:04pm because their elevators were not working, explained to them that I waited STUCK INSIDE the elevator for five minutes and finally found the stairs to run to this appointment and she marked me no show.
