Beware patients... same experience as others have mentioned regarding inflexibility of appointments and "pay per test" mentality. I arrived 8 mins late for an appointment for sudden persistent headaches. Was told that the provider has a 5-min late policy and that they were cancelling my appointment and that I couldn't be seen. Next available was more than 2 weeks away. I went downstairs to urgent care to be seen instead because I was in pain and have been for 2 weeks.
