Doctor is great, she's professional, sympathetic and kind. The problem is their office in Irvine. I visited there for a regular annual check and they're charging extra office visit, which is a HUGE mistake, all well-women preventive care should be covered by insurance. I am really disappointed that they try to take advantage of such opportunities and everyday people that try to take care of their health.
Would recommend. Only had her for my delivery, which ended up being a c-section. I had labored 30 hrs, after being induced for my 2nd time, I didn’t want to give up trying as I’d already had a successful vaginal delivery round 1. She let me continue trying without a judgy face or skepticism. We talked about the risks. And when I decided I was done trying, she had me in the OR quickly. This young Dr is very professional, respectful and caring, she makes me feel she care about my concerns about my polyps problem, also I never felt rushed talking to her, she makes me feel I was important to her or my health problems were important to her, i didn’t feel just like a number like in other places, her stuff is also very nice and welcoming, thank you Dr.Hsu and your stuff.
She is just great! One of the few doctors I know is truly honest and sympathetic! She deserves 5+ stars. She followed my 3rd pregnancy and was there for my induction (I delivered at 37 weeks, no epidural, unfortunately she wasn’t there to receive the baby but Doctor Fee received him and she was awesome too!).
