Walked in for same day corsage and they were working on other orders but still stopped to make us one and saved the day ! Thank you all for being so nice!
Absolutely awful experience, with these masters of the bait & switch, as well as not providing everything that was ordered. I ordered the 'Chanel Bag Bouquet' for Valentines Day, and while I didn't expect an actual Chanel Bag, I DID expect what was pictured. It was clearly a black bag with chains on it, and instead I get a white box. I also ordered chocolates and balloons, and got none of that. I called them and complained, and they said they would look up my order, and give me a refund, but they would have to call me back. ... read more
I had a wonderful experience with Karel’s. I’m across the state and wanted to send some flowers to a friend’s funeral service. The staff was extremely helpful. They made sure to send me a picture of the bouquet and my note after delivery. I was grateful for their service. Thank you!
