I had the pleasure of meeting trainer Vance for an initial consultation. When I called to make an appointment, he was accommodating for the same day. I was expecting to just speak about my desired fitness goals but he took me through an active fitness assessment on spot. The assessment allowed him to create a program tailored to me. He also throughly discussed nutrition, and the expectation for results. I will be moving forward with his program and look forward to seeing the results.

Loved working with Kareem in preparation for my wedding. The workouts were personalized and targeted my goals. He added variety to my workout routine that made me stronger and more confident. Had I not moved, I would have remained a client!

Kareem is trainer who cares about his clients. If I forget about a training, he will always make sure that reaches out to check on us and I do appreciate that because my life is extremely busy. My son’s agility improved within the first two months of training! Great job Kareem!

I would recommend Kareem to anyone wanting to get in shape or train to excel in sports! From the beginning of my sessions, he took the time to listen to my goals and created a customized plan that really worked for me. Not only did he design challenging and effective workouts, but he also provided a meal plan that was easy to follow!
