All the staff, admin and medical are efficient and knowledgeable. A really great practice. All the doctors and nurses are fantastic. Thorough caring and professional. Particularly Dr. Richard Nguyen. Thank you. UPDATE, waited forty minutes to see Dr Lin Yang. Possibly the most rude, officious and disinterested doctor I have ever had. I particularly came for a pap smear but she didn't have time. I called and made a telehealth appointment as I couldn’t visit in person. Receptionist confirmed I’d been there in the last 12 months and booked me in. I waited an hour and 10 minutes past my appointment time only for reception to call me and tell me the Dr wouldn’t speak to me as I hadn’t in fact been there in the last 12 months. Poor communication and a huge waste of time, what a disappointment.

My experience of this place is very disappointing as far as doctor care goes. I was going through a horrible tine with menopause and the doctors there practically gaslit me, didn't listen to me, and seem to have no knowledge whatsoever of what women go through during menopause. One Asian female doctor as well as a Dr Jeffrey Tran were just generally very artofent unprofessional and uncaring. Would not recommend.

So happy I found this place and Dr Richard Nguyen. Finally a doctor who really cares to get to the bottom of certain issues, knows what he’s talking about and gives you all the tools to get you where you need to be physically but most importantly mentally, no stone is left unturned. Thanks so much, can see a light to the end of this tunnel!
