Absolutely can’t not recommend KARE Management more. We had such an amazing experience from the beginning to the end. Rosie truly treated my little family like her own. We never had any issues with getting things fixed or with the move out process. I recommend everyone we know to KARE Management. If we didn’t have to move due to the owners needing to come back we woulda stayed with KARE for a long time! We would come back time and time again. Call them for your next rental! You won’t be disappointed!
I was fortunate enough to rent from this group while I was in the area. It was very quick to view and get into the rental. Despite a few hiccups and having to leave so swiftly after a loss in the family I was grateful for the space to do what I needed to accomplish while there. Would definitely recommend over the other rental groups in town.
Looked at a place April 10, 2025. Said I wanted the place and I'd pay the deposit when I got home from work the next day as I work 12hr days. Got home to 2 emails. One with the move inn info with deposit info. And another with saying it got rented to someone else the next day to viewers after she told me she'd cancel them and I had the place. For a single father this is devastating. I need a home
