I called KARE on Monday morning for an issue with my toilet. Geni was at my house Tuesday morning and had fixed the issue in under an hour, for a very reasonable price. He was very professional and courteous.

I called him the first time and he told me to send pictures of the problem. I called him for a second time after reviewing the pictures to determine the price, and for some reason, he lied that he didn't see the picture and hang up on me. Later, through messages, he said that he would not take the job! Followed it, saying that he is fully booked next week.
