He is nice, the wife not so much. I was getting my scripts in the mail, all of a sudden they are not coming. I called to ask why, could hear the wife going off in the background, saying they don't deliver where I live, but they did deliver to me for over a year. They r confused.
I refuse to take my money to a place were people are rude. The Lady with the heavy accent is always short and rude for no reason. I understand that in some cultures they speak to people different and it is accepted. This is a small community town and this is not how you run a business. With out customers dollars you are nothing but another company going out of business. They never had my medicine in!!!!!!
One of the worst experiences I have ever had at a pharmacy! I was notified by text I needed to call about my order and I did. The lady with a heavy accent was so abrasive and told me I needed to pay "right now" so they wouldn't have to throw my order in the trash (I had no problem prepaying). Then she would try to overtalk me each time I started to ask a question or get further clarity on pickup.
