Ashley Hallenbeck ,who is the coordinator, knowingly gave me false information regarding my insurance, which delayed my urgent need for my scheduled infusion . I spoke with Aetna multiple times to clarify that my long standing authorization for medication was still valid, which it was. I would give negative stars but not an option. The staff was rude and refused to consider the fact they are dealing with people who have some serious issues. Even knowing that they insisted this questionnaire be filled out, EXCLUSIVELY BY THE PATIENT, before the treatment, with questions all about suicide, SI, mood, family issues, etc. My current psych, whom I have a bi weekly standing appointment, sent an order over for the treatment , but then some anesthesiologist give me a psych evaluation based on some questions writte... read more
