Very bad agency they underpay the staff and isn’t very professional.
This is by far the worse agency I have ever dealt with. They never have staff to cover vacations or emergencies. They have an emergency line that half of the time the voice mail is full or they just don’t return the phone calls. I have a 83 year old mother with advanced Parkinson’s disease it is very important for then to cover every shift. I am a busy wife,mother and caregiver to my mother with a full time job I can not rely on Kare home assistant to do the job.
