Lady finished My massage and when I asked, could I receive a receipt if I pay cash she did not understand me. She didn’t speak good English so we used our iPhones to Translate so we could understand each other we got that problem solved. I paid with cards so I can receive a receipt and I never tip with my card. I always tip by cash. I scheduled a 2-hour massage this weekend. Even though I arrived 10 minutes early the session started 10 minutes late and then there's no one at the front desk so my therapist had to go answer the door every time someone came in and I lost at least another 5 minutes. The therapist finished the session at the scheduled time and I was told she could not go over because there was another appointment already scheduled.
