Rooms are old but clean. It's all we need. Close to where we were going the next day. Heater works. That's always a plus.
As a Support Worker potentially securing a homeless client a weeks accommodation when he was in crisis seemed ideal. Sent confirmation to Jenny to be informed 30 hours later the room had been double booked, no alternative date offered, poorly managed communication, zero care factor. Would not recommend.
Friendly and knowledgeable staff very clean room ideally located in Geelong highly recommend room perfectly set up to stay very quiet
